Maintenance & Scheduling:

Expand/close

Yes. We provide year-round property maintenance tailored to both residential estates and commercial properties. This includes lawn care, pruning, seasonal cleanups, and sprinkler management.

We aim to keep your property assigned to a consistent team. In cases of illness or scheduling changes, rest assured that detailed property notes ensure seamless service regardless of who is on-site.

Utah’s seasons can shift fast. If storms or snow delay service, we adjust schedules proactively and communicate with you directly. We never sacrifice quality for speed.

We rely on detailed communication with each client to understand preferences. You can provide specifics during your walkthrough or send updates via email. Notes are stored in our system and referenced every visit.

Our weed management approach includes pre-emergent applications, consistent hand-weeding, and mulch refreshes to keep your landscape beds pristine.

We schedule routes by neighborhood to reduce emissions and keep things efficient. Residential properties are typically serviced closer to the weekend, while commercial accounts are handled earlier in the week.

We prune 3–4 times annually, depending on the plant type and season. All preferences are logged in your account to ensure consistency year-round.

  • Winter: Pruning, final leaf cleanups

  • Spring: Mulching, irrigation checks, first mowings

  • Summer: Weekly maintenance, pruning, fertilization

  • Fall: Aeration, overseeding, fall cleanups

We typically mow at 3.5″. During heat waves, we raise the blade to 4–4.5″ to reduce turf stress. Ahead of seeding, we lower to 2.5″ for optimal germination.

Invoices are emailed monthly and due by the end of the billing cycle. Automated ACH is the most popular method, but checks and cards are also accepted.

We require a 30-day notice. A final invoice will be sent to cover any remaining services and adjustments based on your contract.

You’ll receive a final invoice based on services rendered, along with any early termination fee outlined in your agreement. All balances must be paid to finalize cancellation.

Yes. Utah’s harsh seasons deplete turf quality, so annual aeration and overseeding are essential to keep your lawn dense, green, and healthy.
