Yes, we coordinate utility marking before any major digging or installation. However, it’s the client’s responsibility to clearly mark any private utilities like low-voltage lighting, irrigation, or invisible fences.

Do you offer ongoing landscape maintenance?

What mowing height do you use?

Invoices are emailed monthly and due by the end of the billing cycle. Automated ACH is the most popular method, but checks and cards are also accepted.
What happens if I want to cancel maintenance services?
We require a 30-day notice. A final invoice will be sent to cover any remaining services and adjustments based on your contract.
What happens if I cancel in the middle of a seasonal contract?
You’ll receive a final invoice based on services rendered, along with any early termination fee outlined in your agreement. All balances must be paid to finalize cancellation.
Do I need to aerate and overseed every year?
