Luis Romero
Luis founded Worx Landscaping with a love for creating outdoor spaces that truly thrive. With years of hands-on experience in landscaping and construction, he leads the company with care, integrity, and a strong attention to detail. When he’s not working, you’ll usually find Luis in his garden — he’s especially proud of his edible garden at home and loves growing his own food.
Maria Reyes
Maria helps keep everything at Worx running smoothly. She supports the team, coordinates day-to-day operations, and makes sure our clients are always well taken care of. Outside of work, Maria loves spending time with her husband and two kids, making family time her favorite way to recharge.
Jocelyn
Jocelyn keeps our construction projects organized and moving forward. She works closely with clients, crews, and vendors to make sure every detail is handled with care. Outside of work, Jocelyn enjoys cooking and exploring new recipes, and she’s recently engaged — making this a very exciting season of life.
Marilleny
Marilleny helps ensure our properties stay healthy and looking great year-round. She coordinates maintenance schedules and supports our clients with thoughtful, proactive care. Outside of work, Marilleny is enjoying time at home with her newborn baby and soaking up every moment.
Jesus
Jesus leads our field crews and makes sure work in the field is completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards. He’s known for his strong work ethic and hands-on leadership. When he’s off the clock, Jesus enjoys fishing and is excited to be recently engaged — a big milestone in his life!
Raylene
Raylene keeps our financial records organized and accurate, helping the team stay informed and on track. Outside of work, she has a unique passion — she loves her King Snake, Zmeya, and finds snakes absolutely fascinating!
Maile
Maile supports the financial side of Worx Landscaping with a detail-focused and organized approach. In her free time, she loves traveling and exploring new places, cultures, and experiences whenever she can.
Janet
Janet helps keep billing and payments running smoothly and is always happy to assist with account questions. Outside of work, Janet loves spending time with her family and enjoys riding and showing her paint horse, Lazy — one of her favorite hobbies.
